| HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE In June of 1916 Flugmaschine Rex Gesellschaft of Koln-Bickendorf introduced it's Bristol Scout inspired single seat fighter. Powered by an 80 hp Oberursel rotary engine, the prototype was not successful. However, the model produced from it's lines is a marvelous flyer and brings Dipl-Ing Friedrich Hansen's design to flight.
